Workers Achieving Gainful Employment (WAGE)For referrals, click here. EmploymentWAGE is a progressive vocational program that serves individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance abuse. Utilizing a strengths-based model, it works to capitalize on an individual’s desire for autonomy and independence by focusing on placing clients in the community with competitive job placements. Specific services offered include situational assessments, job development and job coaching. For all clients, goals are individually tailored to their interests, hopes and dreams.
